Great idea! Will it work for peanut butter, too?
It definitely helps with peanut butter. You may want to spray the utensil for even coating instead.
If my recipe calls for oil and honey, I measure the oil first in the measuring cup, then measure the honey in the same cup. It works great!
I totally do this — so helpful! Sometime I’ll use cooking spray if I’m using a glass measuring cup or something larger.
