Whenever a recipe calls for ‘room temperature’ eggs, you don’t have to plan hours in advance. You can place your eggs in a bowl of lukewarm water for about five minutes to do the trick. It’s especially helpful for whipping eggs for desserts.

Loving your new tip series, btw!
I do this all the time. Works like a charm!
Great weekly tips!
Thanks!
Love your weekly tips! Fantastic. I’ll post a link on my FB page. My readers would love this and your beautiful blog as well. Delicious Wishes!
I’ve done this in the past and just hoped it was okay – now I know I’m not doing any damage. 🙂
Thanks for the tip! I always have to plan ahead but this will work next time!
I have also heard that if you buy organic eggs (which I do) they can sit out on the counter and do not need to be refrigerated. I haven’t been brave enough to try that, although, if I know I’m baking the next day, I will leave them out over night.
