I’m always halving and doubling recipes which is easy until you get into the teaspoons and tablespoons. Once I committed these measurements to memory, I was golden.
There are 3 teaspoons in 1 tablespoon. Half of a tablespoon is 1 1/2 teaspoons.
There are 4 tablespoons in 1/4 cup. Half of a 1/4 cup is 2 tablespoons.

This is real Helpfull… it helps a lot even when you dont have a Scale and need to meazure everything..
Over the years I’ve accumulated a lot of knowledge for converting tablespoons, teaspoons, cups and even ounces and pounds. Very handy, esp when at the grocery store buying things in one measurement when you wrote them in another.
I don’t know how I would survive without knowing these measurements!! Lovely graphic!
haha I stand in the kitchen for a bit trying to figure it out.
Now I’ll need to memorize this. 🙂
