I’m fighting a head cold/summer flu at the moment. Does a summer flu even exist?

And play the Wordless Wednesday card instead.

I’m liking this Wordless Wednesday thing–she says while continuing to add more words to the page.

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted and cooled

  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. turbinado
  • dash of cinnamon

  4. Into cooled butter, whisk in sugar, eggs, yogurt, orange juice, and extract.
  5. Add butter mixture, zucchini, and walnuts to flour mixture. Stir until just combined.
  6. Mix together crumble with fork or hand until combined.
  7. Evenly divide batter into muffin tins. Top with crumble. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
