Last week I was honored to share my Quick Pasta + Roasted Veggie recipe over at A Cup of Joe for her Quick Fall Pasta series. This was the first post I made and shot post-babe. It was also our first day alone. Just me and Hal. Kev was back at work for the first time in three weeks. I was nervous. Extremely nervous. We didn’t understand each other quite yet. Somehow I was able to make and shoot this before the screaming sirens went off. I’m not sure I could reproduce the same results again with her. I think she knew I needed a little boost of confidence that day. I still haven’t quite figured out the work from home and take care of the babe yet. Hallie usually wins. It’s a good thing she hands out smiles like they are going out of style. With that said, I’m off to read Joanna’s Work/Life/Balance posts. Joanna—you are my hero. Thanks for having me!
PS—I’m going to the Eat Boutique Holiday Market in Boston this weekend. Will you be there? I’d love to meet. Also, until 12 pm EST today, I’m giving away 2 VIP tickets on my Facebook page. Hurry and enter. Let’s meet!
This pasta dish look amazing! I love dishes that don’t take forever to make yet are packed full of flavor! Thanks for posting this, can’t wait to try it!
Hope you love it! It seems to make a weekly occurrence around here.
I so want to try this pasta!
Work/life/balance/babe – always my goal. Just when I think that I’m getting on top of it, something else pops up to challenge me… These are stunning photos – so peaceful!
It’s the hardest thing in the world! I think I need to start by hiring some help a couple times a week. I always have to learn the hard way.
