Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 c. coconut cream, full fat
- 1/2 c. orange juice, 2-3 oranges
- 1 banana, ripe
- 2 1/2 tbsp. agave nectar
- 1 tsp. orange flavor (optional)
- pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender, and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetener if necessary.
- Pour into prepared popsicle mold. Follow manufacturers freezing directions.
- Serve.
Notes
• The fat of the coconut cream along with the sugar in the agave nectar help to keep the popsicle from sticking to the mold. Don’t skimp here.
• The orange flavor is optional but it amps up the orange component of the creamsicle nicely.
