- 1/2 bowl-ish brown rice, cooked
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 2 cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1 spoonful onion, diced
- 1 1/2 spoonfuls canned corn, drained
- 2 spoonfuls canned black beans, drained
- 2 heaping spoonfuls of bitchin’ sauce (original) or chipotle
Instructions
- Place ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix.
- Eat. Repeat.
