Description
A touch of fruity sweetness, a little bit of fizzy, plus a splash a cream—this is the way to drink a soda.
Instructions
- Make fruit syrups of your choice in advance. Frozen fruit and peeled citrus also make great options.
- Add 1 part syrup to your glass. (Don’t be afraid to mix flavors.)
- Fill with crushed ice and sparkling water nearly to the top.
- Top with whipped cream (or a splash of cream). Stir and sip.
