Dairy-free Creamsicles

  • Yield: about 7 2-oz popsicles or 2 cups of popsicle liquid 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 c. coconut cream, full fat
  • 1/2 c. orange juice, 2-3 oranges
  • 1 banana, ripe
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. agave nectar
  • 1 tsp. orange flavor (optional)
  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender, and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetener if necessary.
  2. Pour into prepared popsicle mold. Follow manufacturers freezing directions.
  3. Serve.

Notes

• The fat of the coconut cream along with the sugar in the agave nectar help to keep the popsicle from sticking to the mold. Don’t skimp here.

• The orange flavor is optional but it amps up the orange component of the creamsicle nicely.
