There’s no denying it anymore—Fall has officially arrived and so has Mom’s Best Fall Back to School Magazine. It’s 78 pages chock full of lessons, style, and life. Not to mention it’s painted with beautiful typography—designed by Melanie from Fifth and Hazel. Plus a recipe or two. My granola recipe may have made an appearance. After 4 years of making the same recipe, I decided to lighten it up this year. The canola oil was replaced with coconut oil and the brown sugar was replaced with pure maple syrup. Change is good. I’m making an effort to embrace it this season—all its successes and failures.

You can find the new and improved Granola recipe starting on page 31. And a mini interview on page 51.

In other news, my new site is expected to launch October 15! It’s shiny, pretty, and a little more user friendly. PS—sorry about the current site. I have trouble searching for my own recipes. I can’t imagine what it’s like for you. Only a couple more weeks! If you are currently an email subscriber, I’m taking you with me. You’ll continue to receive email notifications when a new post goes live. But, if you are a wordpress.com subscriber, you’ll have to sign up by email to get new post notifications. It’ll be worth it. Cross my heart, promise.

Happy Fall! Pour a cup of warm coffee or tea and snuggle up to the Fall Back to School Mag. It’s a good one.
