I can’t remember exactly, but I think we originally met through Instagram, a combination of social media plus pretty pictures. I made these cookies and I worried that the bittersweet chocolate would make them too bitter…I was wrong. These are delicious and buttery. The salt and the chocolate accompany each other perfectly. I didn’t use the Reese’s Pieces in the batter, instead I placed them on top (with a little push) after I removed them from the fridge and cut them, about 4 per cookie. Perfect!
