Mad Hungry cookbook! That’s right, friends.

Incase you missed the last post, as a way to say thank you, I wanted to do a giveaway giveback.

And what better thing to giveback other than the brand new Mad Hungry cookbook? You will absolutely love the recipes behind the cover! Speaking of the cover, it wont really have a big sticker on it.

So, here’s what you need to do—
1. Comment on the post.
2. Let me know what your favorite cookbook is.
3. Tell your friends.
4. Wait until March 12 when the bigger winner is revealed.

My favorite “cookbook” is actually online – I use MyRecipes.com for almost everything! It’s a huge database of recipes from publications like Cooking Light, Sunset, Real Simple, and Southern Living.

My favorite cookbook is my mom’s battered, red-checked Better Homes and Garden’s one from nineteen-eighty-___. It’s got grease stains and half the pages are falling out, but it’s older and wiser than I am.

Hmmm . . . right now, it would be the Juiceman’s Guide to Juicing! Haha! OK, it’s not a traditional cook book, but it IS the best kind because there’s no prep time, no oven involved, it’s ready in minutes (beat that Rachel Ray) and lots of fun! Juicing is super healthy, so I’m juicing as often as I can! Now if only I had my own garden so I didn’t have to keep going to the store every 3 days for fresh produce. :)

I have lots of favorites, but I will mention Busy Woman’s Cookbook – it is recipes with 3 to 4 ingredients, and surprisingly, there are quite a few ‘healthy’ ones!
